We understand that project needs can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fair treatment for both parties.
1. Cancellation by Client
- A written notice is required for cancellation.
- If canceled before work begins, a partial refund (minus administrative charges) may be issued.
- If canceled after work has started, the client will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
2. Cancellation by TechTheories
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a project under the following conditions:
- Violation of terms
- Non-payment or delayed payments
- Situations beyond our control (e.g., force majeure)
In such cases, clients will be refunded for any unused portion of the service (if applicable).
