At TechTheories, we take pride in delivering high-quality services tailored to each client. Due to the customized nature of our work, we follow this strict refund policy:

1. Eligibility

Refunds are not applicable once a project has commenced, resources have been allocated, or deliverables have been shared.

2. Deposits and Upfront Payments

All deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable. These are used to initiate planning, team allocation, and procurement of tools/licenses.

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Unavailability of key services promised in writing and not delivered
