At TechTheories, we take pride in delivering high-quality services tailored to each client. Due to the customized nature of our work, we follow this strict refund policy:
1. Eligibility
- Refunds are not applicable once a project has commenced, resources have been allocated, or deliverables have been shared.
2. Deposits and Upfront
- Payments All deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable. These are used to initiate planning, team allocation, and procurement of tools/licenses.
3. Refund Exceptions
- Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as: * Duplicate payments * Unavailability of key services promised in writing and not delivered
4. How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund under eligible criteria, contact us within 7 days of invoice/payment at hello@techtheories.com or message here
Note: Once approved for refund it will be processed and credited within 2-3 working days.
